I've won a list!  Now how do I pay?
You could pay via either the Checkout button that appears upon winning your list or via the link within the "You've won!" e-mail notice delivered you.
 

When must I pay by?
Preferably within minutes of winning.  Your account will be subject to immediate termination if we do not receive payment within 24 hours following the auction's end time.  In order to maintain an honest community, we will make no exceptions to this rule.
 

Which payment methods do you accept?
PayPal only.  You could configure PayPal to draw from either a credit card or bank account.  If you live in a country in which PayPal is not available, please contact NameFlipper support in advance of the auction so we could consider arranging an alternate from of payment.
 

How will you deliver my list once I pay?
We will auto-deliver your list as a .zip to your e-mail address on file immediately following submission of payment.  The subject line of the e-mail containing your list should read "Your list - [name of list won]".  If more than one hour has passed since you remitted payment but you cannot locate your list within your inbox, spam, or trash folders, please notify NameFlipper Support immediately so we could arrange fpr manual delivery.
 

Which software application or editor should I view my list with?
Since the list data itself is in plain text form, use WinZip to extract the .txt within the .zip file we delivered you and then Wordpad to view that .txt.  Do not open the .txt with Notepad as Notepad will not format the data properly.
